Qualified Nurses can now bid (or request a shift) for the most desirable shifts as well as hard to fill shifts.

NursingBids.com allows your Healthcare Organization to fill vacant nursing shifts with qualified nurses by a bidding process that considers skill levels, shift schedules and lowest acceptable bids. Available shifts can be full-time, part-time, unit specific casuals or share supplemental. Healthcare Facilities can post their available shifts as either a posting or a bid.
