TERMS OF USE

In order to use the NursingBids.com web site, you must agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

- Payment and Charges. You agree to pay NursingBids.com the monthly fee agreed upon signup. Fees and rates may change at any time. Credit Card payments will be auto charged within 5 days prior to a given month.

- You agree that you will enter into agreement/contract with any Nurse at your own risk. NursingBids.com does not check credentials of facilities or nurses. It is the responsibility of you to check and/or verify information and credentials of any entity you contact in regard to NursingBids.com.

- No refunds will be given for any reason. Partial monthly usage does not entitle you to a refund.

- The basic service entitles you to add up to 1000 posts per month. Posts can be for the current or future months and are deducted from your current months account. Posts that are created in error are still deducted from your monthly total.

- You agree to supply true and accurate information about your Healthcare Facility. This information will become public and made available to visitors and sponsors of NursingBids.com.

- User is responsible for securing their password.

- User is responsible for their conduct and all material posted under their screen name.

- All content submissions and postings, (including, but not limited to, data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, links) are the responsibility of the user.

- User is prohibited from using NursingBids.com for any illegal, commercial or unauthorized purpose. All users must comply with international, national and local laws regarding online conduct and content.

- NursingBids.com exclusively reserves the right to terminate your user account for any reason we feel violates acceptable content, conduct or behavior.

- NursingBids.com exclusively retains the right to remove any content that we choose. Including but not limited to material that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates copyright laws.

- NursingBids.com is not responsible for the content posted on its web site and user may be exposed to such content. The risk is assumed by the user of the NursingBids.com service.

- NursingBids.com does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any submissions. All postings will become public information.

- You agree that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use any material submitted to NursingBids.com.

- By submitting material, you hereby grant NursingBids.com and it's parent company, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicense-able and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and display.

- You understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against NursingBids.com.

- NursingBids.com does not guarantee 100% uptime of its' services.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your NursingBids.com account.

NursingBids.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the NursingBids.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.

NursingBids.com reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

NursingBids.com reserves the right to alter and/or label media content that you upload to any form to promote and market products/services of its sponsors. This includes branding/labeling and adding sponsor ads.

COPYRIGHT

NursingBids.com claims rights to all posts and information you provide to the NursingBids.com site.

NursingBids.com will obey all relevant copyright laws. All claims of copyright infringement will be reviewed and any content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws will be removed.

INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NursingBids.com, it's parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the NursingBids.com Website.

You agree that your use of NursingBids.com shall be at your own risk. In no event shall NursingBids.com, its parent company, Its officers, Directors, Employees, or Agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
