- You agree that you will enter into agreement/contract with any facility at your own risk. NursingBids.com does not check credentials of facilities or nurses. It is the responsibility of you to check and/or verify information and credentials of any entity you contact in regard to NursingBids.com.
- You agree that NursingBids.com and/or its' sponsors may contact you at any time.
- User is responsible for securing their password.
- User is responsible for their conduct and all material posted under their screen name.
- All content submissions and postings, (including, but not limited to, data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, links) are the responsibility of the user.
- User is prohibited from using NursingBids.com for any illegal, commercial or unauthorized purpose. All users must comply with international, national and local laws regarding online conduct and content.
- NursingBids.com exclusively reserves the right to terminate your user account for any reason we feel violates acceptable content, conduct or behavior.
